Jane Melchiondo Play therapist and consultant utilizing the DIR/Floortime/Greenspan approach to working with children in the autism spectrum or with disorders of relating and communicating. My Mission To help children reach their highest potential developmentally – learning to self regulate, be engaged and purposeful, enjoy intimacy and relate to others, problem solve, communicate, play creatively, and think logically and independently. I work with parents and professionals to assist in understanding Greenspan’s DIR model and Floortime therapy, so that the child with special needs can develop naturally, in a playful and joyful environment.
